"The Heartless Hunter" is the one-hundredth and second episode of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime. It first aired in Japan on April 24, 2016.

Yuya confronts Kite, who is consumed by rage. However, Yuya's ideals could not move Kite's hardened heart, and with his overwhelming strength, Kite drives Yuya into a corner. At that time, Yuto, who is residing inside Yuya, instructs Yuya to Summon "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon".

Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon is the latest Galaxy-eyes Archetypes and also consider as Cipher Archetypes. Known as Kaito/Kite ace monster/dragon in Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V anime series. It's first appearance on episode 100 and later used officially by Kaito in episode 101.
