Cardfight!! Online will only be available for Windows PC upon launch. We do not have any immediate plans to release it on other OS or devices for now.
It says "Upon registering, you will be invited to go through an in-game tutorial to learn more about the game and the controls in Cardfight!! Online. After clearing the tutorial, you may begin collecting cards. You may choose to skip the tutorial if you are already familiar with the game."
I guess this will be the user page and player can Card Fight, Build Deck, reading messages & information and of course go to shop and buy some cards.
And then you start to edit or build your own deck. Sleeves and profile pictures also available at the shop. Well, I hope Playmat is available too.
The game also available in Clan Fight and Extreme Fight, so you can basically build more than one deck.

I would say this G-unit is quite good as Narukami first G-unit. However, the only weakness on this unit is that the retiring decision based on your opponent choice. Otherwise, it's all good.
This G unit also can has advantage on fighting a Legion deck user for example, if the battle hits a vanguard, you may choose triggers from drop zone and bind them forever. It can reduce your opponent's drop zone on early game to Legion.
As the starter also can be very advantages when combo with this G unit.
